I trained Art and Design at Hertfordshire College in ware. Experimenting in all areas of design - mono printing, painting, ceramics, graphics illustration etc.
Soon realising my passion was within surface pattern and textiles.
I carried on my studies studying BA Hons in printed textiles and surface decoration learning and developing my creative skills and my passion within home textile design.
When graduating I started freelance work and had several work secondments enabling me to gain more knowledge within the industry. The opportunity arises for me to work within Harrods Soft Furnishing Department as a Design Consultant and I am currently still there and feel like part of the furniture now!
Being surround but luxurious textiles and products my creative juices are continuous flowing. I began to do one off pieces for clients and soon was experimenting making my own ranges of home textile products, I love seeing the end product it is such a good feeling of achievement.
