I Graduated with a BA Honors in Textile Design from Chelsea College of Art and Design in 2011. My inspirations for my work come from flower structures, vertebrates and origami. I create unique structures out of leather that is stitched and manipulated. I love to evolve my work constantly finding new processes and inspirations to develop my designs.

Q: What is your favourite colour?A: GreenQ: Who first inspired you to start making/ creating and what words of advice did they give you?A: Childhood was very inspirational to my creativity. My siblings and I we were always extremely imaginative; creating plays, costumes, props, and I loved to explore the outside and collect things. Q: Where and when do you most like to work?A: In my London flat. I love the constant buzz of traffic and the people as I work. I love to research and collect images, design through out the day but knuckle down and create in the evening.Q: Which season of the year most inspires you?A: SpringQ: What can't you work without?A: Sewing machine, scissors, music and a cup of tea. Q: Whose work do you most admire?A: I love cross-overs in design, fashion, architecture and art. Issey Miyakie, Daniel Widrig, Iris Van Herpen, Michelle Lowe-holder.Q: What is your favourite piece of fiction and why?A: A Jane Austin novel is always a classic. I love the era it is written in and the subtle wit. Q: What do you do to relax?A: A walk around the park, to look at my surroundings. I also find making my pieces extremely relaxing and therapeutic process. Q: Describe your artistic style in 3 words. A: Structural, intricate, Organic.
