Keep using it! The best thing with leather is that the oil in your hands will lubricate the leather. Sometimes leather will dry out in which case using hide food or wax should do. But I don't expect that to happen for a good few years. If the the product is in high whether conditions a wax or oil is recommended.
The Ipad cover is made with a vegetable tan leather from Italy and is stitched. They are all lined with pigskin on the inside. Mostly contrasting colours.
