Small attractively rounded vase, very pleasing to pick up and hold and also to display, with or without flowers. The colour is a rich, cornflower blue, slightly speckled.
Wash by hand; avoid metal scourers which could mark the glaze surface.
Wheel-thrown, white earthenware, with a smooth, egg-shell textured exterior glaze. The colour is deeper at the neck and fades slightly towards the base where the glaze coating is thinner. The inner glaze is glossy, transparent, water-tight and food-safe. The neck measures 4cm.
