We want you to get your order in a time frame that suits you – so we offer a range
of delivery options and prices so that you can choose what is most appropriate for
you. We also want to make sure that your order gets to you safely so we send all
our orders by recorded or registered post so you can track its progress.
We do not make any money on delivery – we simply charge you what it costs our makers
to send the product to you via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. If in doubt you can check
the delivery price (which is calculated on the basis of the weight of the product
when wrapped ready for despatch) on
the Royal Mail's Price Calculator.
Many of our makers offer free UK standard delivery and special delivery is available
from as little as £5.50.
All delivery charges are clearly indicated on the “Delivery” tab on each of our
product pages. The delivery costs are also summarised in your shopping basket, and
you have the option to change these before placing your order.
When you place an order on Seek & Adore it is loving wrapped and despatched by the
maker of the product. Orders are despatched within 48 hours of your order being
accepted, but, depending on the delivery option you choose and your delivery address,
it will take longer for your order to arrive. Estimated delivery times are provided
for guidance on our product pages (and in the information below) but, as we are
reliant on Royal Mail and Parcelforce to achieve these, we can not guarantee these.
If you order more than one item, you will pay a separate delivery charge for each
item you order – even if you order a number of items from the same maker at the
same time. This is because all our delivery charges are based on weight so the delivery
price applies to the item not the order.
