If you have a question about an order
As our makers send your order direct, they are best placed to answer questions about
your order. Please log on to Seek & Adore and click “Your Account”. Select “Your
orders” and click “View” next to the relevant order. Then select the “Order enquiry”
button next to the item in your order you wish to enquire about. Type and send your
message. Your message will be delivered straight to the maker's in-box – and they
guarantee to respond to you within 48 hours.
If you have a question about a product
The person who is best able to answer product enquiries is the maker of the product.
At the bottom of each product page you will find our “Q&A” panel. Simply type your
question and click the “Ask the question” button. Your question will be delivered
straight to the maker's in-box – and they guarantee to respond to you within 48
hours.
